When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. "The owners went out of their way to provide any service they can to make the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond by doing some laundry then refused any payment. I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. The property was tranquil and relaxing."
