Fabulous apartment! We were a family group of 8 staying and it never felt crowded. Front desk staff were excellent and housekeeping daily also great and provided plenty of fresh towels. Would definitely recommend.

Sophisticated facilities in room and kitchen with cookware and plenty of cutlery and crockery, and also provided washing machine in washroom, excellent pillow and bed, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly, experienced really warm welcome. From the start, check-in was very smooth and easy. The rooms were as described and accurate. Very tidy and clean. The hotel is in a great location, easy connections around the city and to the airport as there was a tram stop right outside the hotel. Staff were super friendly as well. Monika and Franco helped us with great recommendations of where to go for food, drinks, non-touristy things to do. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay and Monika recommended a great Czech cake shop where I could get a cake from, it was very delicious. Franco made our check-out very smooth and gave some excellent recommendations for our last day in Prague and what we should do on our next visit. Overall, we would 100% stay here again. Thanks to the whole team.

Location was perfect. Everything was walkable and there was plenty to see, eat and drink nearby. Staff were cordial and extremely helpful when it came to finding dinner or bar options, as well as helping me get to my train the day i checked out. Room had plenty of free amenities (washer/dryer, coffee, soap, water bottles) that made my stay much easier.
