"Hotel is great and conveniently located above the train station. Easy train ride to get to city center. Check in was complicated as the front desk kept saying we had 2 reservations and Petra at front desk kept insisting we should call the booking agency to ask why that happened. Despite us communicating we had a confirmation email indicating we only had reserved 1 room. After a long day of travel it was very irritating. "It is not really a hotel, just 4 rooms behind a restaurant. A cleaner came each day but there was no front desk nor anyone to speak with. The room was clean but some maintenance has not been done and no one to talk to about that."
