"My stay at The Oberoi was truly exceptional. The property itself is elegant, well maintained, and offers a wonderful sense of comfort and luxury. However, what made the experience truly memorable was the outstanding hospitality and genuine care demonstrated by the staff. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Albert and his team at the Concierge Desk. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist went far beyond expectations. They meticulously coordinated my medical appointments and ensured that every aspect of my stay was handled smoothly and seamlessly. A special note of thanks to Ramesh, who was incredibly helpful and compassionate throughout my visits to various doctors and hospitals. His assistance with transportation and wheelchair support made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated. I was equally impressed by the warmth and dedication of the hotel team. Minakshi from Room Service consistently provided attentive and thoughtful service, while Shail from Housekeeping and the Bell Desk ensured that my room and overall stay remained comfortable and stress-free at all times. What stands out most about The Oberoi is its culture of genuine customer care. "What a nice find. previously I stayed at the Shangri-La hotel and I thought that was great until I checked into my room at Lalit. Dollar for Dollar, your buck goes further at the Lalit hotel then at other competitions hotels. The rooms are much larger, the breakfast buffet was good as was the staff. I extended my stay here."

"Premium Delux Room Booked for 2 nights. Breakfast was Not included in this room, even as the booking Agency (Expedia) confirmation says it is. The hotel charged 3894 rupees ie $40 per night (on top per room) for breakfast, so factor that extra cost in. There was also no free welcome drink as advertised and as confirmed on the booking."

"Had a fantastic stay at Bloomrooms @ Janpath — absolute value for money and easily a 5-star experience in terms of location, service, cleanliness, guest experience, and food. The hotel is located on the quieter Janpath Lane just off the bustling main road, making it both peaceful and extremely well connected. The metro station, taxis, shopping areas, cafés, and Connaught Place are all within easy reach. What I loved most was the hotel’s unique traveller-friendly vibe. The yellow-and-white decor creates a cheerful ambience, and despite being in a compact urban space, the interiors are so intelligently designed that the hotel never feels cramped or claustrophobic. The third-floor common sit-out area was a lovely surprise, with couches, books, and a coffee machine — a great place to relax. The QR-code-based system for toiletries, ordering food, accessing menus, and chatting with the hotel staff was extremely convenient and made the stay feel modern and seamless. Housekeeping was excellent throughout, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely customer-centric. The café food was outstanding despite a limited menu. Special mention for the bed — one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I’ve slept on while travelling. Also appreciated the graciously approved 2-hour late checkout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi."
