"Great place to stay near the airport"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"The food in the restaurant was excellent and the chef made us a special pasta dish for dinner. The breakfast is only offered at the buffet price, with nothing smaller available. This was not preferred, as I do not like large breakfasts and prefer coffee and toast only, which is unreasonable at the larger price. The airport shuttle was very helpful. The staff were all friendly and helpful."

"Look a lot better in the pictures online than it actually is in person. Libby is nice but the rooms are very basic and old. Some of the staff was extremely rude."

"A fantastic three night stay in Monza at this hotel was perfect , from the initial reception to check out was faultless, all the staff were so friendly at all times made us feel special and genuinely welcome . We would highly recommend a stay here ."
