Lugar limpio, solo que en mi estancia no pude disfrutar de la alberca debido a que se rentó el espacio para una fiesta infantil... así que la alberca estaba llena de niños y no se pudo utilizar.

No se observa que haya compromiso de los trabajadores para hacer una estancia placentera . Defectos en la propiedad que no cuenta con señalización y mi hermana se lesionó el pie. Los empleados no están capacitados para atender emergencias y no se cuenta con camilla ni silla de ruedas .
Defectos en la propiedad sin señalizar los cuales provocaron un accidente . Baños generales en 2 piso mal ubicados

Siguen sin solucionarme unas sandalias que olvidamos en la habitación, recepción nunca atiende las llamadas, levantan el teléfono y cuelgan, rechazan la llamada, levantan el teléfono y te dejan sin atender la llamada, éso lo hicieron hasta cuándo íbamos a confirmar la reservación, además la habitación que nos dieron se está cayendo la techumbre, da miedo, ya que ponen en riesgo la vida del huésped, la habitación estaba sucia, mi bebé terminó con las calcetas negras y pegajosas, también reconsideren la empresa que les está remodelando ya que todo se ve horrible, mal hecho y ya parece hotel de mala categoría
