"This very cute, clean and charming hotel was located in a perfect place in the Douro Wine region. We chose it because we were visiting wineries. If you are looking for a view of the river, this hotel does not offer that. The proximity to the river is very close and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was delightful. We were very happy with our experience!"

"What a gorgeous property. Spa options are amazing. The wine and port tasting was top-notch. With only one night, we really did not get to experience all of it. I would recommend at least two. "For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. Everywhere you looked, there were fantastic views of the Douro River and surrounding hills framed by massive windows. The facilities were amazing.
