"For ski slopes you need to take the public transport and they are 4-6 minutes walking distance from the the hotel. Overall was a nice experience except for the Restaurant. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning during our six-day stay, and unfortunately, the menu remained unchanged throughout. Unfortunately, our poor experience extended to dinner at the restaurant. Despite informing staff of our menu choices hours in advance, we had to wait an excessive amount of time—several hours—for our meals to be served.When I spoke with the head chef to express my concerns, he appeared uninterested and unconcerned with the situation."

"Booked this hotel for the first night of our trip on the Bernia express. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station it was an amazing hotel. The room we were allocated was in an outer building which was easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with all amenities. The hotel must have had a refurb as you could still smell the new carpets and fresh paint work. The bath was very stylish with everything you could need. If I were visiting Tirano again I would stay here again."

"The whole entire staffs made our 2 nights special celebration extremely outstanding there is no words I can explain. Me and my boyfriend feel super welcome and accommodated during out whole entire stay. Will definitely be back and stay here again"

"The hotel was very expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but in need of some modernisation, especially the bathrooms. It also irked me that all of the decent facilities were in the sister hotel which we’d have rather stayed at. The staff were all lovely but some of the information we were given turned out to be wrong and when we had an issue with a private taxi they had booked for us they weren’t helpful at all. The also didn’t tell us that there would be works going on during our stay which included the table and chairs being removed from the lobby and the carpet being covered! "
