"We had a lovely stay at PrimoPianoPosillipo, the property was a great location with amazing views. The cleaniness of room was great with a lady who came and cleaned each day and refreshed anything we needed. "

"The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets that were not mine, hairs on the single towel provided (which I refused to use), and stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. "Great location but truth is the property is old, rooms are run down,lack of sheets on the bed and staff super nice but not so great. Shower was not draining either. Nice staff."

"The gentleman who works the front desk was a very friendly gentleman, made sure we were good and let us keep our luggage for extended time even after our checkout time.
