"Very nice and clean hotel. I would suggest staying in a room that is facing opposite the lobby. We were on the seventh floor and the noise level from the street in front of the hotel was terrible overnight."

"Breakfast food options were very nice. Had wait in line to get coffee from a machine. Only one electric kettle for the whole dining room, the beverage service could be improved. We were not aware that the room is only serviced every 7 days. I went back to the hotel information and is way at the botton of the page. It shoud have been nice to be notified at check in and not be surprised after a coming back from a long day out. We went to both restaurants the one next to the pool was the one we liked the most, we went twice, we had a lovely dinner, the experience at fine dining option was not great. Overall the property is very nice, the room was comfortable. The location is great."

"Perfect for 3 nights in Lisbon. Nice and convenient location. Breakfast was great! Room appears smaller due to unique design of the bathroom with separate shower, toilet & vanity. Amazing exercise facilities with indoor pool, steam room etc. Exceptional staffs. Polite and helpful! Thank you! "

"This is such a wonderful place. Updated, modern rooms in an older building on a quiet street. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and cocktail hour was great. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The airport shuttle did not specify on the website that it runs of a first come, first serve basis. This was the main reason we picked this location since there were 7 travelers. we had to arrange for an Uber to get us to the airport in the morning as the shuttle was already booked. The information could be added to the website. but the hotel was excellent."

"The hotel was clean. Even though we cam early, the hotel kept our luggage and helped us purchase sight seeing buds tickets. When we returned to the hotel in the evening our luggage was already in our room"
