"The staff here is incredibly helpful. Even the restaurant staff on the third floor opened the wine we brought from Porto and placed it in ice. They also made it possible for us to have a table outside in the sky lounge, even without a reservation, for a better view.
However, I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the room is quite small. It’s too small for three people (including two adults and a teenager). We had luggages since we’ve been traveling around Portugal for ten days, and this hotel was our last stop before we went home. We were disappointed with how cramped the room was. The closet is also quite small. Also the fridge is only for the drinks that the hotel is offering, so you can’t put anything to chill inside.
On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right next to the train station and the mall."
