Das Trennen des Mülls ist für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas kompliziert. Der Vermieter tauchte ab und zu auf und war sehr nett. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort schwierig. Negativ zu bewerten ist die Tatsache, dass in der Objektbeschreibung Bettwäsche und Handtücher als inklusiv ausgewiesen sind,nicht optional und nicht mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Leider...

"Wat een fijn verblijf in dit bijzondere monumentje! Misschien was het leukste detail wel de verrekijker die klaarlag om alle boten in de baai te bekijken De locatie is perfect om makkelijk het eiland rond te touren. Het huisje comfortabel en praktisch ingericht. Met zelfs een prachtige haard voor een koelere mei-avond. De communicatie met de eigenaar vooraf en ter plaatse heel plezierig en efficiënt. Kortom een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie op prachtig Elba. Dank voor de gastvrijheid."
