Nice air-conditioned studio consisting of a living space of about 20m² and a bathroom. In the living space a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc... overlooks your relaxation and dining area, with table and chairs, TV and a sofa that will turn into a bed for the night. Sheets are provided.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with hairdryer and towels.
Outside a terrace with chairs, table and parasol.
The studio is semi-detached on the first floor of the villa (owner) in a private residence of 6 apartments, near the RT 10 at the entrance of the village of Précojo.
It will take you 10 minutes by car to get to Porto Vecchio, 15 minutes to Palombaggia and Santa Giulia and 25 minutes to Bonifacio.
A barbecue area is available with the other tenants.
