The Duplex Cala Sultana apartment is located 150 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, Santa Giulia in Porto-Vecchio.

Located in the luxury private residence Cala Sultana, this fully renovated 70m² duplex invites you to relax in the middle of Mediterranean vegetation in a 5-hectare park.
By the heated swimming pool or on the fine sandy beach with turquoise water, you can combine relaxation and pleasure in a postcard setting.
Apartment with two terraces, the first on the ground floor with private patio, the second upstairs.
The master bedroom has a bathroom with a picture window opening onto the terrace.
The second single bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm beds that can be adapted into a 180 cm double bed with an independent entrance.
On the landing, 1 WC.

On the ground floor, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
New fully equipped kitchen, living room with a picture window opening onto the terrace-loggia.
