Porto Cesareo was an interesting little town. Right on the water, with lots of good dining options, especially seafood and pizza. There was an outdoor shopping area along the water that had a lot of interesting items. Enjoyed walking around town.
The town has no charm. It is just a touristic town by the sea with one small main street. Not much to do or see in it apart from going to the beach
