Fine place, no airport shuttle though

Fine experience, but hotels.com claimed they had an airport shuttle which was the primary reason for us to use it. Turns out thats not the case. Also paper thin walls and our neighbor decided to listen to TV all night

Affordable, but hotel is out dated. Receptionist was rude during check in. A random employee got in my room while I was inside. When i asked that I was in it, she still entered the room. Room was not very clean, with hair on the sink and cob webs around some walls. Its a very noisy intersection and the walls are very thin. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay

Excelente atendimento, super prestativos. Café da manhã supre as necessidades. Cama e chuveiros excelentes. Comentei na recepção que a vedação da janela do quarto 901 não estava boa, passa muito vento pela janela, mas a quantidade de mantas supriu o frio, bom darem uma olhada. Se precisar, volto com certeza e indicarei sempre q perguntarem.

Gostei bastante do hotel. Ótimas instalações e café da manhã completo e muito bom. A única coisa que não gostei é que a piscina térmica fica fora do hotel e as pessoas precisam andar no pátio, dos fundos, para retomarem para o interior do hotel. Desisti do banho de piscina com receio de pegar uma pneumonia, pois estava muito frio.
