This renovated cottage is located a block away from beautiful Wilshire Park and four blocks away from popular Alberta Street, and two blocks away from the Alameda neighborhood. This property is about 15 minutes from our airport and less than ten minutes to downtown. Located on a completely private section of our large grounds, this cottage has a privately fenced area and entry. You are guaranteed off street parking right by your cottage gate! Great attention has been given to detail and consideration for comfort, with an upbeat artistic style of professional design. We pride ourselves in high end finishes, including a Tuft and Needle mattress, all down pillows, down duvets, and luxurious linens. However, for those of you who prefer down alternative bedding and pillows, we can provide these as well. Our fully equipped kitchen includes white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, as well as white dishes, many serving options, a large assortment of spices, coffee, tea, cookware and more. We are eco friendly and provide recyclable grocery bags for your convenience , as well as promoting recycling. Of course, our cottage includes a washer and dryer, with detergent provided., as well as an ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a double seated shower, with a vanity that will hold most of what you may have forgotten on your way out, while you were packing. In case you are concerned, we offer organic cleaning and laundry supplies, throughout the unit. For business travelers and others, we provide all the amenities that you want: high speed internet, a smart tv, with a generous cable offering and two leather recliners to watch your favorite programs from! In addition, we have off street parking for up to two cars, right at the cottage entrance. Please note that a sizable mini split heating and cooling unit has been installed in the cottage!!

As a side note, our yard is considered a private space. We have a well behaved dog, who is in the yard off and on throughout the day, with my being present . As such, we ask that you not use the yard door, unless we have arranged a meet and greet with my little pup.
