The 317 side of the duplex is a separate apartment with its own entrance and is not part of this booking. There are no shared interior areas.



Inside, you'll have a bright living room, dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, Smart TV, WiFi, central heat and AC, and in-unit washer/dryer in the basement.
