Cozy 4B w/ Pool Table near Nike/Intel, Max Station

Enjoy Portland in our sweet comfortable home with a private pool table. The house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay in Portland no matter if you are traveling with families, friends, or colleagues. The total of 4 bedrooms and 8 beds will give each of you enough space to spread out but also able to keep as a group. Our place is close to a MAX station, a 5 minute drive to Nike, and 10 minutes to Intel. Its also conveniently close to Hwy 26, 10 miles to downtown Portland.

Hello! We have a comfortable home in the Beaverton Portland area built in 1990s. In the home we have a private pool table. Should your group enjoy playing pool. it should provide you great entertainment no matter if you are on vacation, work trip or family reunion. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions! During your stay, you will have access to a basic stocked kitchen including: drip coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and pots & pans. There are a total of four bedrooms located in the house.

A total of four bedrooms:
-Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom, which has a twin over full bunk bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom.
-Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has a double bed, both with a closet and hangers.
-Bedroom#4 has one twin over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk bed.
-Fenced yard.
-Charcoal BBQ grill. Please clean up after each use.
-washer/dryer in unit.
-Central air conditioning and heating

There is plenty of space for parking. You can park two cars on the drive-way, there's also free street parking available.

Guests have access to the entire house except the garage, including washer & dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher.

There is a 4K Amazon Stick TV, board games such as Monopoly, and Trivia questions, as well as a pool table.

1. This house is in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful and friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.

2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. We will need the information of the person that is staying in the house.

3. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events.

4. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m.


5. The house is constructed in 1990s, although we keep the house well maintained some of the features may seem dated. If you like to stay in a brand new home with everything updated and remolded, this listing is not for you.

6. Have fun playing pool on our pool table. In order to protect the felt of the table, please avoid jump shots or masse’. Pool table is for adults use ONLY, please keep your children away from the pool cues, or throwing pool balls around. (sword fighting not permitted)
