The Space:
Main Floor (Up One Flight of Stairs):
• Entire apartment on a single level—no interior stairs
• Bright living room with comfortable seating + Smart TV
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances + dining area
• One bedroom available for guest use (second bedroom remains closed)

This home is divided into three separate apartments. Your reservation is for the 1BR apartment, and you’ll have full, exclusive access to that space and its amenities during your stay. While the larger unit is a 2-bedroom, only one bedroom is included with this rental. The other apartments in the house are private and have their own separate entrances.

Take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a picnic at Laurelhurst Park, known for its beautiful landscapes and serene pond.
