Villa San Marino is a bright and spacious single-storey residence, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and a peaceful environment for memorable holidays in Alvor.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, offering a perfect space for socialising and leisure. Integrated into the social area, there is an entertainment zone with a pool table and ping pong table, providing moments of fun for the whole family.



The property has four double bedrooms, all en suite with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is also an additional service bathroom inside the residence.



The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated with the social area, offering ideal conditions for preparing meals in a practical and pleasant way.



On the exterior, the villa features an elegant heated swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by well-maintained gardens and several outdoor dining areas. The barbecue area is perfect for casual meals, and there is also an outdoor guest bathroom for added convenience. The terrace on the upper floor provides additional space to relax and enjoy the surrounding environment.



Located in Alvor, this property is very close to the beaches, the Natural Reserve, as well as restaurants, bars and local entertainment.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
