This beautiful, spacious villa has hosted many happy holidays. It can comfortably sleep up to 8 & provides a great base for those who want to visit the beautiful Algarve beaches, golf courses, race and go kart tracks, mountains and historic sites.
The villa sits on a large private plot with extensive well developed gardens offering excellent privacy. With a great pool (10m x 4m) and many indoor / outdoor games, plus modern kitchen and BBQ it's a chance to entertain and play at home. Outstanding local restaurants and bars means you can choose when you want to visit the busier tourist hotspots.

Although in a secure, peaceful area within a community of individual, exceptional homes Casa Lucile provides a great central location for those who want to get out and about. This may include visiting the lovely Algarve beaches such as at Alvor (9 miles and a 14 minute drive), golf courses – Penina (5 miles), Autodromo racetrack (4 miles), Lagos (13 miles), mountains – Monchique (14 miles), and/or go shopping - Aqua Mall (10 miles).

For the young and within walking distance on Monte Canelas, we are delighted to now have an excellent new playground, with snacks and picnic tables and benches as well as a fountain (with pet water fountain) plus various fitness equipment. (See photos).

Excellent broadband / wifi makes this a great option for your virtual office. You may even choose to take a longer break, out of season.
The villa is professionally cleaned throughout before your visit and a commercial laundry is used to ensure all bedding and towels are 100% clean.

The entrance way leads into a spacious reception area with a luxurious new lounge (c30m2) on the left which has a large leather suite and smart TV plus a dining area with new table and 8 chairs for more formal dining.
On the right the hallway leads to the guest bathroom and the 1st bedroom, with views directly out to the pool. The kitchen and utility area is further down the hall with access to the back garden. The large games room area with Smart TV, has two patio doors which access the covered terrace with BBQ, that also leads straight out to the pool. The 2nd bedroom on the left also has patio doors which lead to another terrace at the rear.
Also from the reception area is a beautiful marble staircase with glass and steel rail leading to the 1st floor
On the upper floor the first, ensuite bedroom has patio doors leading to a narrow balcony with views overlooking the lush gardens, pool and countryside beyond. The larger master bedroom has a spacious terrace with sun loungers, perfect for taking in the southern aspect and day long Algarvian sunshine, as well as enjoying views to the Morgada Golf Course and to Monchique.

The villa has recently undergone a total renovation including a new lounge and games room, 3 new bathrooms and a new kitchen installed. There is also A/C throughout.
The large kitchen has excellent facilities, plus there is an integral BBQ; giving great flexibility for both indoor and covered outdoor dining, plus the option of informal eating around the pool. Also, with some of the best restaurants you will ever experience close by, meal times are always a special occasion.

Just a short drive away is Alvor, a local fishing village where you can buy supplies at the fish and meat market or experience the extensive range of cuisine offered by the many restaurants within the old town. There is always live evening entertainment, plus other night life.

In terms of activities, you are well placed to explore all the water sports (at the beach or at the water parks), and land based activities including golf, cycling, auto sports (F1, World Super bikes etc) plus go-karting and track days, and even sky diving. Alternatively, why not take a mountain walking or step back in time to visit local castle, ruins, churches etc. There is also a zoo close by.
There are indoor/outdoor games to be played at the villa. Or ... just lounge by the pool, read a books or view one of the DVDs provided. Great wifi means all internet services are readily available.
