💶 DEPOSIT



A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival, payable by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



🏛️ PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX



The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in:



☀️ High season (01/04 to 31/10): EUR 2 per person, per night



❄️ Low season (01/11 to 31/03): EUR 1 per person, per night



Applies to guests aged 13 years and over, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay.



⚡💧 WATER AND ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION



Water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the parameters of normal and conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to determine consumption during the reservation, with proportional calculation for stays of different duration than 30 days.



For the T1 accommodation, the following are included:

💧 Water: 6 m³



Excess consumption must be paid to NURIS2U, in cash, on the day before departure. If not settled, the outstanding amount may be deducted from the deposit.



💳 PAYMENT



It is mandatory to use a physical credit card, not a virtual one, and to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards, MB WAY, Apple Pay or equivalents are not accepted.
