While this property has many positive qualities, there are significant issues with management, organization, and staff training that negatively impact the overall guest experience. Throughout my stay, many employees appeared confused or unsure when answering basic questions, which created frustration and made it difficult to receive assistance when needed. The staff members are generally kind, friendly, and genuinely try to help. However, it seems they are not receiving the proper training, support, or guidance necessary to provide the level of service guests expect.
One of the most noticeable concerns is the lack of organization and communication among employees. In several areas of the hotel, particularly at the bars, staff members were openly arguing with one another in front of guests. This creates an unprofessional atmosphere and reflects poorly on the property. Workplace disagreements should be handled privately and never in a manner that affects the guest experience.
The entertainment and shows were also disappointing and did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the food was excellent and was truly one of the highlights of the stay. The beach is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well designed. These qualities demonstrate that the property has tremendous potential.
