"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."

"Our stay was so relaxing- Mauro was hospitable and always had a smile. Breakfast was lovely; the washing machine in the small apartment was a lifesaver. "

"My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"

"Very good and quiet place to stay. Located near the center and to the main shops area. Not so far from town entrance/exit. Personnel always kind and available for any info. "

"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

"This hotel is top notch. Great breakfast, very modern hotel with flashy style. The restaurant surprisingly has VERY good fresh Italian pasta…delicious. The rooms are excellent. Very good value for the price. Enjoyed the player piano soft breakfast music. Parking is great. You can walk into Modena old town but it is a 40 minute walk, although beautiful scenery along the way. Also great for Ferrari museum visitors if travelling by car between Modena and Maranello."
"A pleasant stay after a bad travel day was what we needed, and FlyOn was great for that. The property is nicely kept, it looks very appealing and clean, don’t let the road in fool you.
We opted for 2 Jr Suites for our family, and the rooms were massive, had great sitting areas that we enjoyed our dinner at, large (but very firm) king beds, and a spacious bathroom.
The staff really stood out to us, from check in, to the bellman helping us with a crib, to bringing more pillows, and the front desk helping us trying to get deliveroo to work for us. Even at check out, at 4:30 in the morning, the staff was kind and very helpful.
One caveat- if you need to get to the airport, the hotel is next to, not part of the airport, so if you need to get to the airport before the shuttle bus runs, expect a large bill for the taxi. We needed 2 cars since there were no vans running at 4am, and it set us back €40, to go about 5 minutes. That is more of a taxi issue than a hotel issue, but it’s something to be mindful of."
"No coffee kettle in room like other hotels would do no cups can’t take food to your room so if u eat or drink has to be outside very disappointing for the amount they took"
"Great location & breakfast. Excellent staff.
Downside was very hard flat bed pillows. Asked for softer / fluffier ones & were given the same hard dead pillows.
Last night new people in adjacent room smoked in their bathroom in early hrs with fan on for hrs which sent smoke into mainly our bathroom as we had the door shut during the evening. Next morning the smoke in our. Station almost made us sick. The room next to us was also a non smoking so we were rather upset. Staff apologized of course."
"When we got to the hotel, we went to the hotel restaurant to eat dinner. There were only two attendants, and one guest sitting at a table plus we were sitting at our table; and the rest of the tables were unoccupied, so the room was pretty much empty. We ordered a vegetable pizza with drink plus a grill chicken (it was a slice of chicken cut into pices) but was over done and too costly) and baked potato (it was small potato, sliced like french fries, soaking in heavy oil and over salted, tasted terrible although we complained, th attendant insisted it was baked). The pizza was good but the chicken and potatoes tasted terrible. Our hotel oom was very small and the water easily got clogged up during the shower and flooded the whole bathroom floor when showering at night and in the morning. When calling front desk/reception, staff didn't pick up the phone. We couldn't control the temperature in the room, it was too warm so we couldn't comfortably sleep. Breakfast was included in our fees for the room. We were able to get our tea and coffee plus the food items about 30 minutes before 10 am. However, the attendant was upset when it was getting close to 10 am as she closed the main door of the breakfast/ dining room. She was very rude to us telling us to leave although we were still eating our breakfast at our table. We told her we are almost done but she was very unhappy about it. The breakfast room was pretty much empty with only a few guests occupying two tables."
