"The problem we had was the hotel did not receive our reservation from Expedia. The desk staff told me to book another room now and deal with Expedia to get our money back. I showed her my receipt and the confirmation. She still insisted on not having our reservation. So I decided to communicate via on line chat with Expedia and luckily within 10 minutes the hotel received the confirmation. I have never been in this situation in my life in a foreign country.

"Nice quiet 2 bedroom/3 bathroom walkout. Left us a bottle of local red wine some cookies and coffee. The bad part was there was black stain on one of bedroom sheets. It appeared not to have been cleaned from previous guests. One bathroom had no handwash soap. Otherwise clean and well stocked."
