"Overall, the stay was a bit disappointing for what we paid. From the start, It was bizarre that we were shown an additional room as a potential upgrade, yet it was actually worse than the original room. It felt more like an exercise in creating a perception of value and ended up being a waste of time.
Service around the beach was below expectations. At times, it seemed easier to get a drink from the beach buggy than to wait for the regular staff.

"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "
"Beware: you might not get what you paid for…I paid for a room with a double bed and a twin bed. The first night they gave me a room with a double bed. When I complained they stated they couldn’t change me until the next day, someone was already in the room I paid for. The following day I still didn’t get what I paid for- two single beds.
