"We booked the budget room as we weren’t planning on spending that much time there as it was a city break and was going to be out all day. But you do get what you pay for, everything you need was there but no frills, the place was clean but smaller than expected and we found the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also if you have mobility issues it’s a no go as lots steps to get to the apartments. "

"The staff at the hotel and the location were both excellent. The bed itself was very hard. We did ask for better pillows after the first night sleep and they provided some which were more comfortable. There’s no place in the bathroom to plug in the blow dryer so women have to use a blow dryer in the room where there is not a mirror. Our balcony only had one chair, even though there were two of us in the room and I had to ask for a second chair which they got to us by the end of our second day. Just a few things they could do to make this an exceptional place to stay. We also wished the thermal bath was warmer as it was too cold to really enjoy it. "

"The room was great, it is a wonderful location but a noisy location, so I was concerned there would be lots of noise outside heard from the rooms but they were very sound proof which was great. Staff were helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again."
