"not the best hotel in mallorca but the pretty good hotel in that area"

"This property is in a very good condition. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Beach front which makes it super convenient. The hotel is great I would have given it 5 starts but the only complaint I have is that you can hear all the drunk people screaming all night. I normally don’t care but it gets really REALLY LOUD. "Tent Palmanova exceeded my expectations. Clean, order amongst guests, and super helpful staff. Extended brunch is excellent, and the 24/7 self Laundry was extremely helpful for me. Starbucks coffee served in the bar which was superb 👌as an early riser, I loved the option of having coffee prior to breakfast and which begins at 8am, without having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend."

"Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. "They charge for the use of room safe. Which I have never experienced in any country. They do not change pool towels even when they are dirty and you are staying for 7 nights. Parking they charge Euro 20 a day. Room is not cleaned properly nor is the bathroom."
