Side entrance ways and surrounding hallways contained construction debris. Fire access doors auto closures were disconnected leaving staircase and hallway doors open that should have been closed. This was the most troubling. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and staff member was working hard to keep stocked and clean....
