"Clean and convenient hotel. We e stayed here multiple times while attending events at Schroeder swimming pool. We like this place as it allows dogs. It’s a 2 minute drive to Schroeder. There’s a Dunkin Donuts nearby. There’s an awesome Thai restaurant within walking distance. I rated 4 stars only because the property is a bit old."

"This is a rather standard no-frills place but staff was great, location convenient, and price unbeatable! The property is dated and wish they had a no-slip mat for taking shower. Otherwise, I say "bravo!""

"I need my refund. The whole lobby areas up to half hallway of the second floor are renovated. Smile paint and dusty. My team and myself are not happy about the environment. I have talk to a representative at hotel.com about this issue and he said will talk to the AmericInn and will let me know about the 50% refund back to me. "

"We had great service and assistance w anything we needed. However once we arrived we found the pool was closed (during the week) and the onsite restaurant was also closed. The staff assisting us did inform us before we completed check-in, and we decided to go ahead and stay anyway. "
