There was bad smell in room, no hot water even in -10 ,room lights were blinking all night and there was no one at reception to answer these all problems

Riverview Cottage With A Beautiful Riverview
What a superb stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in winter and the place was very comfortable for our group of 10. The host was very responsive and offered a late checkout without being asked. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended place to stay

Deerhurst Resort
I expected more from Deerhurst. The room was ok, not fantastic. We were in one of the outer buildings and couldn't get the shuttle to the main building because the main desk's phone was off the hook for 45 minutes. It was off season, so for most of the stay only
