    Just steps from the beach access, this new construction 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house is ready for you and your family.
    This home has everything your family needs for a great get away. This beautifully decorated home has a master with king bed on the ground floor with en suite bath with large glass shower. Full sized laundry room, kitchen/dining and living room. The back deck has a gas grill and looks out over the back yard. The backyard is fenced! The second floor has 3 bedrooms- 1 king, 1 queen and a bunk room that sleeps 3, 2 full baths and Gulf views.
    There are 4 bicycles. Clear bottom kayak now provided!
    Gas grill. Community Pool and pickle ball courts are OPEN!
    Snow birds welcome- inquire for pricing!

We had an amazing, quick trip to Cape San Blas. The house was absolutely perfect with so many extra useful items. The walk to the beach was easy and the we enjoyed the pool as well. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend this place. We are already planning our next trip.

Very clean and cute house, perfect for our group of 6. Walk to the beach was less than 5 mins, not bad at all. Just down one culdesac and out a long boardwalk. Very nice neighborhood.

Great property in a great location. Only downsides were uncomfortable squeaky master bed and running out of gas on Memorial Day. A back up canister would be great.

We had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous and cozy property, felt like home. The fenced in backyard is so nice for the pup. Almost any beach accessory is available for use but bring your own shade. The windows have blinds but no curtains except for the small square windows so bring a sleep mask if you prefer to sleep in total darkness. The morning light will be directly in your eyes in the upstairs king room.

We had a great stay this June. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The location compared to town and restaurants was excellent. It was so nice have beach chairs and other items readily available in the garage for use. The pool was a short was and was well maintained and not too busy. The only downside was the walk to the beach. The walk to the to the board walk was easy but the boardwalk its self was rather long and had a few hills. It wasn’t a deal breaker just a little harder to navigate with kids and all of their things. Overall great stay! I would recommend.

Great vacation house

Great house that was well equipped both inside and for the beach. We really enjoyed the location as well as the amenities; pickleball, proximity to beach Weather wasn't perfect and we still had a wonderful time.

Fun with the grandchildren

The house and the location are perfect. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the bikes and the pool. We can’t wait to come back.

Great house!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean house with perfect location to beach and middle of our favorite spots. Lots of families renting to play pickle ball, volleyball, and swim in the pool. Highly recommend.. just don’t forget to bring your soap 😊

Beachy

Very nicely appointed beach home with everything you'll need for an awesome beach stay. Conveniently located on the south end of CSB, just minutes from Port St. Joe. Great new gated community that the whole family can enjoy.

We loved this place!

The house is wonderful! Everything was clean, well stocked and cozy space. Host communicated well ans was available for any questions. Location is perfect with the beach, pool, pickle ball, etc just a short walk away. We also loved the fenced back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

2024 Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 9. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach and pool were easy access. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. The location was perfect.

Snowbird Stay

Very nice property. Perfect for my husband and our Pug who liked the fenced in backyard. Our third stay on the Cape and will be back next year. Had everything we needed and our host could not have been more accessible and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.
