    This is a beautiful spacious 3 BR/2.5 bath ocean-front home (2,600 sq ft) with a fully screened pool patio area housing a private pool, and Spa/Whirlpool (Please note: This is not a hot tub!) (There is a fee for heating and it will heat the entire pool and whirlpool area). There is a fish cleaning station.


    The second floor offers a kitchen area; family area, breakfast nook; gulf side dining area; half bath and laundry room. There are ten foot ceilings and custom designed window louvres in the family area, while a furnished screened porch offers beach access to the white powder sands the Gulf of Mexico is famous for.


    The third floor offers three spacious bedrooms, two of which provide access to a large, beach front porch with an incredible view of the beach and the Gulf. One bedroom has a king sized bed, one has a queen sized bed and the third is a queen over a king bunk. The second floor family area also provides a queen sized pull-out sofa and a twin pull out.


    On top of the $250 credit towards Beach Gear, there is also a basketball net for you and your kids enjoyment.

We really enjoyed our time here! Gorgeous views! Our dogs loved being able to experience the beach. The house is so open, bright and had everything we needed. We saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of shells. Really great property to get away from the crowd and enjoy the beach. Thanks!

We had a wonderful week. The house was beautiful, the location was awesome and the pool was amazing especially after a day at the beach. Beds were comfy and furnishings were very nice. Sitting on the decks overlooking the ocean was so relaxing.

You walk out the back door and it’s like you have your own private beach. We got to see the jets fly over multiple times and even rode horses on the beach. Both of these things were on my bucket list! The home was clean and had plenty of space! We will definitely be back!

Great experience in a beautiful place

Management was top notch throughout the process and very communicative, even during off hours. The property is beautiful and the kids stayed busy all day, every day. The location is good. Far enough away that it's calm and quiet, but close enough to get things when needed. We would stay again.

Perfect Locatiom

The location of this property is by far the best we’ve experienced along the Florida panhandle. The home is beautiful. The private pool needs a little work, but we still used it and we would definitely stay again!

Love

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October.

Wonderful home and location

We brought our some and his friends down for spring break and it was perfect. Oceanfront property listening to the water was amazing and the boys could hang out at the beach and be in view for us not to worry about them. The pool was clean and also another great spot for them to hang out. The house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Coastal Joe vacation

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside is the river/ stream that runs into the ocean close the property. Following a heavy rainfall it made the ocean water brown and murky.

Family Spring Break

The house was maintained and clean and all the furnishings were more than adequate(I'm picky). Walk off the back screened in porch onto the beach or jump into the screened in pool on the front of the house. A good variety of restaurants all within 10-15 minutes and a piggly wiggly in Port St. Joe. Not overcrowded but not in the middle of nowhere, just what we we were looking for in a family vacation.

Exceeded expectations! Loved it so much!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Paradise Palms!! This house did not disappoint! It was our first time visiting the area. We chose it because of the dog friendly beach but enjoyed it for many reasons. This property is convenient to both PSJ and the Cape, making it ideal for all restaurant and shopping choices. Coastal Joe Properties was the BEST to work with as they were patient with all of my first-timer questions. Boating in the bay and horseback riding on the beach were awesome! The house itself was perfect in terms of very comfortable mattresses and bedding (it all felt fresh and new), nice bath towels, plenty of closet and dresser space. Dresser drawers were like new and very clean. Plenty of hangers. Smart TV’s had all the options although we spent very little time indoors as we had perfect weather! The decks all had new, comfortable furniture and they provided excellent places to sit for coffee and wine while watching the surf. Fridge provided fresh tasting water and ice, which is sometimes a worry in FL. The bathrooms and kitchen are great! I gave general condition a 4 out of 5 due to needing a shower head replaced, and the sliding doors not all working. Chris from maintenance was fabulous and lubricated them for us and replaced the shower head. One of the screened porch fan/lights didn’t work. The pool could’ve used a cleaning as there was something along the wall that also floated in the water. We didn’t notice that the first day so we made due. The grounds could use maintenance as it was hard to walk my dog on it. Overall, any worry I had was quickly gone as soon as we walked in! We would definitely rent this same property again if we are lucky enough to return to the area!! Thank you Coastal Joe and Paradise Palms!!

Gulf Coast Get Away

Enjoyed the location and privacy, was disappointed that the pool did not function as expected. Would visit again in the future, but not request pool be heated, was too cold to enjoy or use.

We loved this beach house and location to the beach. The only downfall for us was being right next to the river entering the gulf. We were hoping for clear blue water some of our stay, but the fact it was storming most days caused the water to not be clear. Overall everything was wonderful! Amazing views, plenty of space, and loved all the decks. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, and Coastal Joe and the maintenance team worked really hard to resolve them in a quick fashion. The house was overall very clean upon arrival. We did have a black bear visit and knock over the trash can two nights scattering trash all over the yard which is nobody’s fault at all, but maybe something to be aware of. This house is definitely on the pricey side, but extremely nice. I will also say there are a lot of stairs. Someone who is older or disabled may have a difficult time. It wasn’t too bad except when carrying all of our things in and packing up to come home. Again this was something we expected for a large beach house for being directly on the beach. We are highly appreciative of the pet friendly homeowners and beaches!
