Welcome to Beach Happy! New to the rental market in 2023, this spacious 3-bedroom 3.5 bath townhome sleeps 6 comfortably, and is located in the quiet gated community of SeaCliffs on Cape San Blas. Sea Cliffs can be found at the northern end of the Cape adjacent to the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Beach Happy overlooks the large community swimming pool, playground, and is just steps away from the dune walkover to the secluded white sand beach.


The main floor offers a spacious living, kitchen, dining area and half bath; comfortably decorated and ideal for group gatherings. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the covered balcony and enjoy the lovely gulf views. The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook could possibly need, including a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, slow cooker and plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The living room also has a 55" SmartTV with YouTube TV. Fiber optic wireless internet is also provided throughout the unit. There has been new living room and dining room furniture added as of February 2026


On the second floor there is a king suite featuring a private balcony with gulf views and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a vanity with double sinks. The second floor also has a queen bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bath/shower combination. Both bedrooms on this level are equipped with Smart TVs. Both bathrooms were renovated in March 2025.


The third floor is a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and Smart TV. The private bath has a walk-in tile shower and a vanity with double sinks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony with breathtaking gulf views.


On the ground floor a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy covered parking for two vehicles, a propane gas grill and an outdoor shower.


Your reservation also includes a $250 beach credit for beach gear.


Boat parking is available in the community. Beach Happy is a non-smoking unit and pet free.
