"Great place to stay. Very comfortable room & bathroom. High ceilings, big beautiful soft towels, lovely little balcony with spectacular views of the bay & boats. Receptionist Valerie was extremely pleasant & helpful. Delicious Coffee every morning, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurants, supermarket, metro all walking distance"

From the lobby to the old brass fixtures, everything here feels built with intention, by people who understood that real luxury doesn’t need to shout. The service: attentive without being intrusive, warm without being performative. If you want to feel transported to what hotels used to be, full of character, timeless elegance, history, and soul, this is it. It’s a shame that so many guests breeze past this kind of old-world charm, chasing the next trendy, Instagram-ready moment instead."

"What made the room was the stunning views of the waterfront, Vesuvius, and islands from the multiple private balconies right off room. Max provided great service. Great location right on the waterfront in lovely area. Could be a little noisy at night with traffic."

"The hotel is in a great location, near the train station and lots of good restaurants. The morning breakfast was simple, but we still enjoyed it. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful. My only complaint was that the Wifi doesn't work very well."
