"I liked it, It was older but It was such a great price and staff were amazing. Everything was clean! Service was exceptional, especially the fellow at the reception counter. I think his name was Bernie..restaurant and Liquor store all on sight! Great place."

"The Pioneer Inn is an older property which appears from the outside to have seen better days. However the friendly new owners are upgrading the interior. Our room was spacious & the beds were lovely. The floors were redone with new flooring , bathrooms vanity. etc. The restaurant which is run by the hotel owners has delicious Asian food. I enjoyed the beautifully presented tempura."

"Thank you so much for an awesome stay. The Inn was close to all the shops and the main St. Tina was so good to us! Thank you for the best fish and chips we ever had, the halibut was amazing! A wonderful birthday, Alert Bay we can't wait to come back and visit!"
