The brand new kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine available too if you’d like to make your own coffee and enjoy the views from home.
Out the back is a small courtyard with a table, chairs, and a gas BBQ. Downstairs you'll also find the laundry and a second toilet.
Upstairs is a gorgeous, brand new bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and vanity. The huge master bedroom features a balcony and stunning views.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed.

This property may allow one small dog with permission. Please ask at the time of booking. A pet fee of $75 will apply.

All bed linen, tea towels, and bathroom towels including bath towels, bath mat, hand towels, and face washers are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. A pre-check-in form must also be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
If you cancel within the free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded minus a $30 merchant/credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
