"Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work."

"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name.
