Welcome to "AR SKOL", a charming duplex located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a fully renovated former school, offering a magnificent view of the ocean and the Four lighthouse.



The Space:

On the first floor, you will find a comfortable room with twin beds of 90x200 that can also be converted into a double bed of 180x200, as well as an adjoining shower room. This room is complemented by a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), its own shower room and a balcony with an ocean view. There are also separate toilets on this floor.



On the upper floor, a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen invites you to convivial moments. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace which offers an unobstructed view of the ocean. At this level, you will also find an additional bedroom with twin beds of 90x200 which can also be transformed into a double bed of 180x200. This room also has an adjoining shower room. Separate toilets complete this floor.



The apartment is fully equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. Sea views are numerous and will make your holiday unforgettable! The GR 34 hiking trail passes right in front of the residence, and all amenities are easily accessible from the apartment (supermarket and bakery). A beautiful sandy beach is located less than 400 metres from the apartment. The apartment also has a lift serving the 2 levels of the duplex.



The little extras you won’t find anywhere else? A end-of-stay clean is included, along with bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and offering advice on things to do and places of interest to visit!



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring this magnificent region, nestled between land and sea.

We’ll be on hand throughout your stay to help you organise your time here, recommend the best places to visit and book activities to suit your preferences. We also offer a range of hire items: baby equipment, games and sports gear (scooters, stand-up paddleboards, molkky, etc.). This way, you’ll feel right at home!



A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smokers are accepted but only outside this accommodation. Parties are also prohibited.
