"Called to request for a room closer to the elevator for my eldery mother. Christine was accomodating and granted my request. Was offered a warm cookie at check-in, but I had just eaten so I politely denied it. Awesome front desk staff. I didnt interact with anyone else. No issues, clean room and bathroom. My stay went flawless. Check-out was just as smooth. The bar was laid back and I watched an NBA game with an adult beverage. They had more than enough TVs to watch from any table. Good vibe. Waiter greeted me upon entering, gave a menu, I ordered, watched the game, paid, and tipped. Great service."

"Clean quiet hotel. Conveniently located. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious but dated with inadequate number of electrical outlets. It’s my go to property when I have business in Torrance. "
