"We have been to this hotel several times in the past. I always book through hotels.com. We took this vacation because we got a terrific rate. We arrive a couple of hours before checkin and the office staff was always accommodating and allowed us to get to our room early. BUT this time we were given the room directly above the office. I walk in, and it was sooo small. A mini fridge on the floor, no table, I honestly don’t remember seeing a closet or a table. I went back down to see if we can get another room, one that wasn’t so cave like. Fortunately, they could but it costed an additional $100. We paid it, but next time I know to ask about the rooms and if I get another good deal on hotels.com, I will call the hotel to see what room we will be given. "

"The room was clean, but not much outside. The Saturday receptionist was kind and helpful, the Sunday one wasn't. The breakfast ends so early, we missed it. We’d been relying on the room clock to wake up, only to realize later that it was running behind. For one night was ok."
