Great place for a family holiday.

The house is comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you need for a family of 4. Nice territory with a swimming pool and sports grounds. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

The accuracy of the advert misses one obvious point. This Pierre et Vacances property is perhaps 1 of 100, so a potential for 400 other guests wishing to use the 26 beds by the pool. By missing that one fact transforms the basis from a quiet retreat to a noisy holiday camp.It is now 2025, having free WiFi is just another utility. 15 for 5-days was perhaps appropriate in 2005. This applies similarly to the washing facilities. We were fortunate to be only 2-people, we needed the second bedroom for a dressing room as the wardrobes are locked.Despite these obvious shortcoming we did have an enjoyable holiday eating Fruits de Mer and enjoying Pornichet itself.R&M June 2025.

L'aménagement du logement est pratique avec les chambres à l'étage pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer, son équipement complet.La résidence est calme, la piscines est accessibles facilement, le parking à quelques pas.A l'arrivée l'accès au logement se fait sans difficultés grâce aux consignes des propriétaires par mail en amont de votre départ.Location à conseiller.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cette maison durant le WE de la Pentecôte et tout a été parfait.Située dans la résidence Pierre & Vacances, la maison est très bien équipée. Tout est pensé dans les détails, des ustensiles de cuisine aux équipements pratiques, sans oublier les jeux de société. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le lit parapluie avec matelas pour notre bébé.La propreté est irréprochable et le logement est parfaitement conforme au descriptif.La résidence est calme, propre et bien entretenue, avec des équipements adaptés à toute la famille (piscines, jeux pour enfants, ping-pong, pétanque).L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre de Pornichet, des plages et permet de découvrir facilement les environs (La Baule, Guérande, Le Croisic…).La communication avec Gaëlle et Jean-François a été simple et efficace du début à la fin.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !Emilie et Brian

Un hébergement familial très sympa. Tout est à disposition dans la maison. On a même eu un lit parapluie pour le bébé qui n’était pas prévu au départ. La résidence est sympa et calme. Les piscines sont idéales pour les familles. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour.

Maison confortable et bien équipée. Résidence calme (du moins hors saison) et idéalement située pour visiter la région. L’accès à la piscine et au sauna est un plus. C’est la seconde année consécutive que nous profitons de ce logement. Nous avons de nouveau passé un très agréable séjour.

Excellent séjour à Pornichet. La résidence est calme et les équipements sont bien entretenus (piscines, terrain multisports). La maison est agréable et très propre. Plusieurs petits détails qui facilitent le séjour (étendoir à linge, patères dans les salles de bain, petit meuble à chaussures dans l'entrée...). Terrasse agréable pour prendre les repas. On sent que les propriétaires ont vraiment envie de faire plaisir à leurs hôtes et de proposer un séjour de qualité. Merci à vous et à bientôt !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison bien équipée et intégrée dans un cadre sympathique. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Très bon suivi du loueur avec réponses immédiates aux questions posées. Lieu calme et agréable. Infrastructure extérieure bien entretenue tout comme la location avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue de bon aloi.
