Luxury Villa Madora is a spacious holiday home in Kirmenjak near Porec, Istria. This stunning property accommodates up to 12 guests across 400 square metres of living space. It features 5 bedrooms with king sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The ground floor offers an open plan living area and an accessible bedroom. The upper floors house four additional bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathtub. Outside, guests can enjoy a private 16 by 4 metre swimming pool, a fenced garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. The villa is family friendly with a trampoline, table tennis, foosball, and private parking.



Guest Access:

As a guest at Villa Madora, you will enjoy complete and private access to the entire property. This includes the spacious four hundred square metre villa, spread across two floors, and the expansive fenced garden. Outdoors, you have exclusive use of the sixteen by four metre swimming pool, available from May through October, as well as the terrace, barbecue area, and outdoor kitchen. For recreation, the games area featuring table tennis, foosball, and a trampoline is entirely yours to enjoy. We also provide private parking on the premises for up to four vehicles.

Getting Around:

Villa Madora is located in the peaceful village of Kirmenjak, and we highly recommend having a car to fully enjoy the surrounding Istrian region. While the villa is nestled in a quiet rural setting, you are only a fifteen minute drive from the coastal town of Porec. Private parking is provided directly on the premises for your convenience. The nearest major airport is Pula Airport, which is approximately a forty five minute drive from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Included services include access to our private swimming pool which is open seasonally from May through November.

We provide fresh towels and bed linens for your stay, along with complimentary wireless internet, air conditioning, and free parking on the premises.

For our younger guests, we offer a baby high chair and a crib upon request.

Please note that our check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00.

To ensure compliance with public safety regulations, all guests are required to complete an online check-in process, which may include providing identification.

Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted, and we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00. Check-out is required by 10:00.

Pets are not allowed.
