"Nice hotel. Clean. Breakfast was great. Someone next door was smoking marijuana in the room through out the night, I have a autistic son and the smell bothered us both. I tried to calling guest services and I went down stairs no one was available. Otherwise the room was clean, and nice."

"Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose. In my opinion remove the lounge chair and have 2 queens or a queen and a double. The cleanliness is ok to say the least, filter in the bathroom was full and looked like it had been for sometime. The electrical is questionable as the supplied hair dryer kept tripping the fuse. Wifi didnt work at all. The security lock was extremely hard to unlatch. The floor hallways have a musty and damp smell. The complentary breakfast the pancakes were like trying to eat rubber, the eggs were ok but not seasoned, and the cups for water or juice were 2oz bathroom cups. For the price it would be better to stay somewhere else, but the location is hard to beat and its mostly quiet. Do not recommend, will work for a single night stay but definitely not long term."

"The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not try the restaurants on location so no comment."
