Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, it should be 3pm because the check-in process was slow, many guests had to wait in line and couldn’t get into their rooms until after 4:00 PM. I also felt that the room cleaning and preparation seemed rushed. Another downside was that not every room has a microwave, which I think is inconvenient."
