"Did not rent for business. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. I accidently reserved a handicap room and not realizing this I was upset that the room wasn't ready due to a stay later reservation on the room. Finally getting that cleared up our stay went smoothly. I might add that the bar tender was pleasant and knowledgeable but the price of a beer and a bourbon was kind of expensive."

"Hotel is under renovation. Would have been nice if that was included in description. Fitness center was closed, only one elevator operational, had to ask for towels, washcloths and hand towels when we first checked in. Had to ask for more toilet paper as only a half roll was provided. Breakfast was below average I would say. Staff was very nice and helpful and room was fine with new, comfortable beds. Hopefully, once renovations are done some of this will improve. I was expecting more from a “Premier” Best Western. "

"Not enough light in the room. Floor sticky and dirty. Not enough shampoo or soap. Bed was very very comfortable. Nice TV that worked. Quiet."
