We arrived to receive the keys and was told that the code was invalid, and then after long calls was told that the cleaners are at the property and they will give the keys. When we got their, they were busy cleaning and took time and missed few things to clean. They only gave us one key. "Property is on the South side of Royal Victoria Dock. It should be a ten minute walk to Custom House Elizabeth Line / DLR station but no. To get there you have to use the RVD Footbridge which has broken lifts, 8 flights of stairs up, 8 flights down. If you want to just walk with luggage - don't. The property is OK, a little tired, kitchen is OK but only one pan. Main bedroom bed is too big for the room so when you get out of bed you will hit your feet or shins on the corner of the bed.
