"All the staff were very friendly, expedient, and professional. Especially Ellis in the restaurant and the valet team. The food, however, is ridiculously overpriced and really poor quality. A family of 3 getting coffee, pancakes, precooked bacon, breakfast croissant, and an egg dish for $120 plus tax and tip. I'm sorry that's a little crazy. The room and the bathroom is extremely cramped. There are NO racks or tables for guests to put their suitcases on. So your whole stay you are reaching into your bags laying on the floor as well as walking around them or stepping over them. Pictures on Expedia show a glass door shower. We had a disgusting shower curtain. One of our towels had a faded brown streak running through it. Our "City View" was of a parking garage. Plus it seems like guys in those little Honda Civics really enjoy drag racing downtown so there are traffic noises all night. You can hear the voices of everyone walking down the hall. If you're two dudes wanting to walk back and forth from the stadium, this place would be great. If you're a family wanting a downtown stay, maybe look somewhere else"

"This hotel was very disappointing. They left us 1 towel for a family of 5. They also didn't have any towels in the pool area. The front desk was contacted and nothing was done for hours. Our room was also not ready for us until 1.5 hours past our check in time."

"I didn't get rhe room I reserved, was supposed to have a separate shower and tub, and the pillows were small for a king bed. "

"Served a great variety of fresh and hot breakfast items! Breakfast staff was very welcoming and friendly! Desk staff were helpful. Had a toilet issue and maintenance was there right away and friendly. Nice big pool and two hot tubs. Walking distance to many restaurants, Arch and the Dome. Definitely recommend this hotel. Listen to reviews on the parking garage!! An Expedition will NOT fit the height or the first turn. We took our mini van and it was very tight getting around the first corner inside the garage door."
