Studio 92, a Home in Madeira

Studio 92 is an air-conditioned studio for two in a rural setting near the town of Ponta do Sol, with a private jacuzzi — it has its own terrace for relaxing outdoors, in the calm of the rural landscape.

The studio is approximately 30 m² and includes a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm), private bathroom, a sitting area and a kitchenette with a dining table. Outside, there is a terrace with a seating area for guests.

It also includes a mini refrigerator, a portable electric hob, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, a heater, Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The studio is in a rural area 260 m above sea level and 4 km from the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafés.

Ponta do Sol lies in the south-west of the island, the area of Madeira with the best weather conditions.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurisilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

A car is recommended; the property has access to the main roads and there is a bus stop about 600 m away.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The accommodation does not have private parking, but it is possible to park for free on the roadside.

The property's entrance and the yard are shared with the owner's main house, but the studio is independent.

Rural area, with insects and lizards naturally present and possible noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties.

The jacuzzi cannot be used after 10 pm, so as not to disturb the neighbours.

The studio does not have a washing machine.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
